Cooking with Cannabis

Hello all my fellow weed heads. Hope you are all loving "Bong TV" this is me live everyday in my limo cruising SoCal smoking the best flavors of sweet cannabis on gods green earth. Cooking with cannabis and making weed butter that will knock your socks off!!!

Here's a little education first. Pot eaten like it is will not really get you high as your body doesn't have the right enzymes to digest it and extract the THC. So THC must be extracted via fat/oil or alcohol. THC is released after 180 degrees. So a slow boil of weed and oil or alcohol is all it takes. In the old western days, cowboys used to dip fat buds in honey and roast them over a fire. Yummy!!! I don't how high they got, but I bet it was a delicious treat for sure. So, if you like cooking you can put some bud in your cooking oil and within a week it should be pretty potent. You can also boil some bud with vodka or any type of alcohol for a few mins and you have just made Cannahol.

"Cannabutter" This is the official recipe of Bong Rip. First lets discuss the amounts you will use. Per stick of butter you will use either 1oz. of clipping, half oz. of seeds and stems, 1 quarter mid grade bud, or a half an eighth of killer chronic. It's best to do at least 4 to 8 sticks worth in a spaggetti pot, and plan on loosing a stick in the boiling process if you do 8 sticks of unsalted butter. So fill spaggetti pot half filled with water and bring to very slow boil. Now dump grinded herb with butter sticks in and watch closely for first hour so it doesn't boil too hard and foam over. Now pack some bowls and roll some joints cause you are going to stir every 20 mins for the next 5 hours. 6 full hours of slow boiling pleasures my friend. The longer the better. I have a friend that will slow boil for up to 14 hours and I swear his butter is hands down the stoniest I have every had. So, when the boiling is done, you put the pot in the fridge and in the morning all the butter will rise to the top and just remove your green butter wheel, melt slowly in a little pot and strain through a tea strainer to remove the crap. Pour into a jar and use sparingly. 1 tablespoon equals 1 high for a normal daily smoker. Use butter in replacement to oil in brownie batches and cookie recipies. Enjoy carefully!!!
